Simulation-based education has become a crucial component of healthcare education, offering a safe and dynamic environment to develop both technical and non-technical skills. In line with the recent guidelines from the Indian Nursing Council and National Medical Commission, competency-based learning and skills labs have been emphasized as key elements in improving patient care. However, educators often encounter challenges in effectively incorporating simulation into their teaching, particularly in the absence of hands-on training in simulation-based education.

To bridge this gap, we are excited to introduce "Shine SIM: Simulation-Based Training for Educators," designed to equip educators. with the knowledge and practical skills necessary for successful simulation implementation in education.

This course is designed for nursing faculty, nurse educators, M.Sc. nursing students, medical professionals, paramedical educators, and other healthcare educators.
